Usage

Once the extension is installed, you do not need to enter any grades or credits manually. Everything is read directly from the page.

Steps​

  1. Sign in to UNIVERSAL PASSPORT at your university.
  2. Open the grade inquiry page (成績照会 / Grade Report).
  3. The extension runs automatically and adds the items below to the page.

What the extension adds​

GPA summary​

A summary is displayed for your grades, including:

  • 履修単位 (Registered credits)
  • GPA対象 (GPA-target credits)
  • 修得単位 (Earned credits)
  • GPA

Grade chart​

A chart of your grades is shown. Use the 表示切替 (Toggle view) button to switch how the data is displayed.

Excel download​

An XLSX button is added near the grade table (top-right of the table area).

  • Click it to download an Excel workbook named credit-new-term.xlsx.
  • The workbook contains a cumulative sheet (通算) plus one sheet per academic year / term.

Not a Tohoku University student?​

The extension works on any UNIVERSAL PASSPORT system, but the grade table at other universities may use different column names or a different grading scale. If the GPA or columns do not appear correctly, adjust the settings as described in Configuration.
